It looks a lot like my UI tends to, other than my raid frames are usually a lot more central and my damage meter isn't :P

I use SexyMap too but as cool as the flashy graphics look I've just got it set up to be a plain map with no border.

My raid frames are Shadowed Unit Frames. I have them set to colour to debuffs I can dispel and to form in columns of 10. 25 man raids are two of 10, one of 5 across my screen.

I use WASD ot move, so find that mu little finger on W means that 4, 5, and 6 are my easiest keybinds to reach (Hence the relative spells).

I use the mouse to click totems, so I use Totem Timers and place the button as close to the centre of my screen as possible.

Other than the top row of spells, the rest is stuff I need quick access to so is pretty random. I have '0' as set focus,'-' is a macro to purge my focus (Jarraxus) and '=' is to interrupt my focus (Iron Council).

Other than that the rest is pretty simple. Atlas is fucking useless. I have no idea why I still have it.

I like the effect around the sides. Adds nothing functionality-wise but looks better that the default wow borders
