README - Important note to all applicants

Many people see Guilds as nothing more than a way of getting into raids - an end-game version of the Looking For Group channel. As such they may look around to find a Guild that has a raiding schedule they can fit in with, the right level of progress and a DKP system that lets them get "phat lewt".
If you are that kind of person you may as well stop reading at the end of this sentence, because CTSamurai is not the right Guild for you.
We raid, but we don't have a raiding schedule. We give out loot, but we don't enforce a DKP system on every raid. Knowing how to play is good, but we don't have minimum level or gear requirements. Being a member of the Guild does not give you a right to join any raids that may be run. The number of pieces of Tier X you have will not impress us when you apply.
We're looking for people who are fun. We're looking for people who will become a part of our community. We're not looking for any particular class or spec or people who are available to raid 7 days a week. If we don't find you interesting we aren't going to care how good a player you are, you won't get in. We don't have a set number of raid slots to fill, so we don't have any need to invite people who won't fit in.
Your application is the first contact we will have with you. Make us smile. Make us laugh. Make us care enough that we want to get to know you, not your character.
Impress us.
