a little pre-bored at work for me, about to leave to head to work to sort things out for the sale starting on Monday.

My first sale in just over 2 years of retail, this is going to be hell,

on the plus side, should have my computer sorted by then, so will finally be able to log on to see whether or not someones managed to get into my account whilst I've been gone...

What does Ceridwena mean? it means that I was frantically trying to find a name the system would accept, see also Patthedog.

so worth it - currently using a onkyo tx-nr509 + matching onkyo speakers, even with none-surround television it's a major improvement from the panasonic plasma build-in sound!

I went for it! Got slightly carried away and ended getting a Onkyo tx-nr609 (not sure why as the 509 would have been fine), along with Tannoy HTS101 speakers. More than I was planning to spend but it sounds great, especially as I've only ever used built in tv speakers in the past. I do worry slightly about the neighbours when I'm watching something with plenty of explosions though.

Glad to hear they sound good Ropey, I'll bet it's quite a step up from integrated speakers! We've been 'stuck' with a 32" TV for years and moving to a new house means there's room to upgrade the screen at last (once finances permit, TheWife, calm down dear). Since it currently sits in a corner we don't really have stereo separation at the front, can't wait to wire everything up with a better layout.

AND HAVE DECENT SPEED BROADBAND! YAAAAAAAAAAAY \o/
